We are very pleased to announce the addition of our Water-Jet parts fabrication department.

- Precise cutting with high degree of accuracies can hold tolerances for materials up to 2" thick of +/- .005". For materials over 2" thick, our tolerances increase proportionally.
- Suited to a wide range of materials up-to 6” thick (metal, rubber, plastics, fiberglass, etc.)
- Minimal material waste, which keeps your cost low
- Complex shapes (Cut any shape or design)
- Burr-free cut
- Non-toxic
- Maintains material integrity by eliminating material distortion or degradation such as burning, crushing, chipping and fracturing that occur with other cutting methods such as laser or die cutting
- Superior edge quality: From Q1 lowest quality, very rough, high speed cut, Q2, Q3 our standard production edge finish, Q4 and Q5 a very smooth and highly precise cut.
- No heat-related distortion to material
- Large cutting bed: 6’ x 12’ allows for production of large parts
- Production directly from: Auto CAD DXF or DWG files, or can be drawn by us.
